Full property staging combines our accessories and artwork with an option to lease furniture, making it ideal for both vacant properties and occupied properties. Our Concierge Service offers an experienced Buyer who will travel to major furniture markets, shop, make selections, and negotiate delivery to the Client; this white-glove level of service is designed to foster next-level customer loyalty in the realm of interior redesign. *Budget requirements apply, contact us for more details.

More options are available for interior redesign projects, especially when dealing with occupied properties. After the initial term, a month-to-month renewal option is available with fees associated with furniture rental agreements through a 3rd party resource. All options – the initial contract term covers planning, design, staging, and de-staging for both vacant properties and occupied properties.

Our designers specialize in interior redesign by rearranging the client's current furniture, artwork, and accessories to create a fresh design style for each room or the entire house. This process begins after a thorough walk-through and includes creating a DIY list tailored to your needs. We also prepare a Staging Report, which is optional. It's important that the home is professionally cleaned before staging begins, whether it’s for occupied properties or vacant properties. Please note that hourly fees apply based on the specific requirements.

Our service is optimal for Airbnb, vacation, and corporate rentals, making it ideal for both occupied properties and vacant properties. Our Concierge service adds great value to this option. Additionally, our accessories and décor can be seamlessly integrated with furniture rentals for interior redesign, enhancing property staging. Please note that this option requires a re-occurring term agreement.
