Her leadership philosophy centers on aligning mission, innovation, and people to build resilient organizations positioned for long-term success.

With a career spanning IT modernization, complex program delivery, and buy-side and sell-side M&A, Bernadette is known for her ability to translate strategic vision into scalable operations. She has led cross-functional teams at every level from technical specialists to executive leadership while driving disciplined execution, financial stewardship, and sustainable value creation.

As CEO, Bernadette defines the company’s strategic direction and growth roadmap, cultivating partnerships, expanding service offerings, and entering new markets aligned with evolving client needs. Her leadership has supported initiatives across the Department of Defense, aerospace, information technology, and both private equity and government ecosystems, enabling organizations to adapt, innovate, and thrive in dynamic environments.

She holds bachelor’s-level degrees in technology and maintains Department of Defense aligned certifications supporting secure, compliant, and mission-critical operations. 

Beyond the enterprise, she is deeply committed to workforce development and community impact. She founded the Bernadette Randall Lee Information Technology Scholarship at Brightpoint College to help develop the next generation of technology leaders and advance equitable access to careers in IT.
